To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假去咗北角匯睇戲，睇完戲去埋牛牛日式火鍋食放題🥘食物勁多選擇，食材又新鮮，最緊要啲牛肉又靚平嘅$258至$378都有，我揀咗Level 3 澳洲和牛放題仲有清酒紅酒白酒啤酒任飲，食到個胃大晒😅主打係一人一鍋，自己中意食咩湯底都得，唔洗遷就朋友我揀咗膠原豬骨鍋&日式壽喜燒鍋，湯底濃郁～🔸M6澳洲和牛我覺得最好食係呢一款牛肉，同埋Level 3先有呢個牛肉，可以見到肉質脂肪比例啱啱好🔸澳洲黑安格斯-正常🔸丹麥封門柳-估唔到又幾好食，好有牛肉味🔸巴西極上牛舌-薄薄嘅牛舌都可以爽口彈牙，唔會太硬🔸丹麥豚腩肉呢個係五花腩肉片，望落去都好靚，食落去都好香🔸西班牙伊比利亞豚肉-呢款豬肉烚落去有幾嫩滑🔸澳洲綠草原羊肩肉-少少臊，還可以接受，肉質都係嫩滑🔸吉列炸蝦-炸蝦好脆，蝦肉都好彈牙，好食🔸燒玉子-正常🔸炸雞塊-最好食係呢個，好新鮮熱辣辣咁炸出嚟🔸章魚燒-正常🔸牛肚、牛腱-出面自助取，估唔到好好味，入口即溶🔸日式咖喱牛腩-咖喱好豐富，入邊除咗有牛腩之外仲有蘿蔔🔸葡撻-好食過KFC😂酥皮係脆嘅🔸糯米糍-裏面係cream，但外面個皮好煙韌🔸Movepick雪糕、牛奶公司雪糕、旺寶、紅豆樂🔸任飲汽水、啤
