It is highly suggested and appreciated the manager does not constantly touch his face mask. It is also not advisable to talk to customers while the mask is only covering the mouth and not his nose. Please also acknowledge your guests have sat down and attend to his or her needs as soon as possible. 15 minutes without service is not ideal. Service staff should also be aware of their surrounding, and be alert enough to see customers waving at them!! I'm serious!
