下午茶推薦🤍平時對tea set 食物質素也沒有太大期望但這次有被salisterra 的tea set 驚艷到這次與Matchali 聯乘 Tea set 有5款鹹點 6款甜點甜點都以茶味為主題 完全不會過甜包了飲品兩杯 另外可以加錢配茶味cocktail Salisterra 位於Upper House 的49樓以典雅墨綠為主調可以欣賞到開揚維港景色很適合過來慶祝生日紀念日等✨而且人均三百多 這個價格真的很可以-鹹點方面每一項都很精緻在配搭上也很有心思Oxtail Croquettes 牛味香濃即使炸過也沒有油膩感另外Salmon Rillettes 在香脆的裸麥麵包上頂了滿滿的燒三文魚 配上Dill感覺清新甜點方面Matcha Canele 茶味清香咬開還有抹茶內餡Raisin Scone外脆內軟不會太紮實 是我喜歡的口感和Matcha Clotted Cream and Yuzu Jam 非常搭-Salisterra, The Upper House (金鐘)金鐘金鐘道88號太古廣場奕居49樓

這次與Matchali 聯乘
Tea set 有5款鹹點 6款甜點
甜點都以茶味為主題 完全不會過甜
包了飲品兩杯 另外可以加錢配茶味cocktail
Salisterra 位於Upper House 的49樓
以典雅墨綠為主調
可以欣賞到開揚維港景色
很適合過來慶祝生日紀念日等✨
而且人均三百多 這個價格真的很可以
