Holidays are always a challenge to find a table for dinner, luckily, The Salted Pig in Knutsford Terrace TST had a table and it perfectly satisfied our steak and meat cravings. The 1KG pork knuckle was the last to come but so worth the wait because despite looking a tad dry, the skin was pork-crackling crispy, and the meat was fall-off-the-bone tender! A wonderful evening altogether 💛

The food took a while to come, but it was understandable given the pork knuckle, and it gave us time to chat 😊
