I always drove past this place and recognized the neon light yet didn't have a chance to try, until now!Went to S&B to celebrate a friend's birthday, in the most perfect sense, she's a meat lover. We went to the reception however not been properly greeted as they're assisting other guests before us. Would be nicer if the staff is more helpful and welcoming. Personally not a big fan of bone marrow as it's too high in cholesterol, but this was nice pairing with mushroom.
It's not your typical ceviche, I found it quite tricky to call itself a ceviche LOL However it's refreshing before all the meat!

This beast was cooked just how we liked it, medium-rare and chargrilled. However, some pieces were way too fat...
Can't forget the amazing side dishes, I actually finished the Tater Tots all by myself (as it's just sitting in front of me!) I missed the picture of the cornbread, my friend praised so much about it!

This Japanese fusion tater tots was to die for (okay I'm exaggerating).
Overall it's a good social restaurant, too dark to my taste but great to hang out with friends!
