It’s almost 20:30. I had been craving for some lamb chop since the afternoon. Walked into feathers and bones to have these guys cook for me. There were tons of other people having the same ideas. the staff sat us down at the only bar seats available. I actually love sitting at the bar for most restaurants. That’s a front row seat to all the actions. You would also get the best service and best handling of your food!We went to the meat counter to pick out specific pieces of meat that we want. One
We went to the meat counter to pick out specific pieces of meat that we want. One of fun treats about this place! The butcher weigh the meat (pricing is similar to butcher shop), take order of the doneness and side of our choice. I used to think $60 for a side is kind of pricy. I’m talking about 1.5 scoop of mashed potato, something like that. But well, they are not really making money off the meat. Little price to pay to spare the cooking and cleaning!
We were sipping on the cheapest glass of red ($65) there, as watching this live cooking show went on. Our food came around 20 minutes later!

The T-bone and lamb chops were cooked just right (med rare). It's only slightly seasoned with salt but the flavour is robust. Not only it comes with sauce of your choice, coarse salt, pepper and mustard on plate, they offered a few differnt flavours of seeded mustard! Complementing the meat many ways you can think of!
There was a little grocery corner in the restaurant. Complete your experience by taking some good stuff home!
