To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Knafeh(又稱Künefe或Kanafeh)是一道傳統的地中海美食,它是一種由酥皮、奶酪和甜蜜的糖漿組成的甜品。不同的地區有不同的變體和烹飪方法。比較出名既做法為在大烤盤底部鋪上混合酥油的杜蘭小麥或細麵絲,接著灑上切碎的納布魯斯白色起士,待烤到底層麵皮金黃酥脆,再淋上糖漿。糖漿通常是由橙花水和玫瑰水調製而成的,以賦予它獨特的香氣和甜味。一般最面會灑上碎堅果,例如開心果或核桃,以增加口感和風味。今次係第一次食這款甜品,由特色調製糖漿嘅甜味,白色起士小黏既口感,同新奇既味道,覺得非常新奇,我覺得未食過真係要試。我仲試了其它前菜如八爪魚魚類似Pizza嘅flat bread。前者配汁玩得好出色下一站,酸鹹甜加蒜香,係好好味。後者黑松露加脆薄餅,都做得好細緻,值得推薦。Lamees (土瓜灣)土瓜灣北帝街145號順輝大廈地下2號舖
