環境:一定好㗎,不停咁轉住望晒成個港九維港食物:冇食過晚餐buffet,唔知同lunch有乜嘢唔同,不過lunch就無生蠔,鵝肝,龍蝦熱食燒牛肉:熱辣辣,中間燒到粉紅色,正!仲有海鹽,岩鹽任落。但最出色竟然係蘑菇汁,汁入面真係有雜菌不得止,仲要有牛肝菌!對於我呢個蘑菇人簡直想成兜汁拎返去食蘑菇沙律:好酸,酸到有啲似嘔吐物果隻酸味。鍾意食菇嘅朋友,食燒牛肉隻蘑菇汁啲菇好過海南雞飯:用常滿碗上菜嘅迷你版本,當然唔可以缺少海南雞飯嘅好朋友,薑蓉啦(真係好薑嘅薑蓉)!成碟薑蓉喺側邊任攞... 不過呢飯就無雞油味喇,雞就好滑嘅不過完全冇雞味...三文魚刺身:雪味甚濃,鮮味欠奉冷盤蟹腳:平時buffet嗰啲蟹瘦猛猛,辛辛苦苦搣完肉肉都唔多舊。不過係呢度嘅就好大隻好多肉,不過肉質有少少霉,而且冇乜鮮味。重質定重量,你自己諗喇冷盤蝦:冇鮮味,不過總算彈牙叉燒:唔夠甜,已經攞半肥瘦嗰啲,但係都幾鞋燒鴨:已經攞上脾,但係啲皮都咬唔開。好彩肉質都尚算OK,好有鴨味蝦餃:一路蒸住所以好熱!皮薄不過餡唔靚,蝦就鮮味欠奉,雪味甚濃。拍得住2-3線酒樓嘅蝦餃呀真係~燒賣:嘥quota去食德國腸:德國藉老闆都話啲質素

冷盤蟹腳:平時buffet嗰啲蟹瘦猛猛,辛辛苦苦搣完肉肉都唔多舊。不過係呢度嘅就好大隻好多肉,不過肉質有少少霉,而且冇乜鮮味。重質定重量,你自己諗喇

冷盤蝦:冇鮮味,不過總算彈牙

叉燒:唔夠甜,已經攞半肥瘦嗰啲,但係都幾鞋

燒鴨:已經攞上脾,但係啲皮都咬唔開。好彩肉質都尚算OK,好有鴨味

蝦餃:一路蒸住所以好熱!皮薄不過餡唔靚,蝦就鮮味欠奉,雪味甚濃。拍得住2-3線酒樓嘅蝦餃呀真係~

燒賣:嘥quota去食

德國腸:德國藉老闆都話啲質素拍得住德國嗰啲!咁要試吓喇

天婦羅:新鮮炸起,小心辣口!炸粉唔算厚,不錯不錯,不過好似冇天婦羅豉油

魚蛋粉:魚蛋好霉,出面食魚蛋好過

甜品
冬甩:入面係caramel,幾甜

朱古力蛋糕:非常濃,有啲似Starbucks,拍得住cova

Apple crumble:酸,好有蘋果味

柚子cheeaecake:柚子味濃,不過芝士味唔夠,而且蛋糕有啲鬆散唔夠實

班蘭千層糕:好有班蘭味,但係有啲鞋口,似咬緊舊膠

芒果糯米滋:個皮好厚,入面係芒果cream,但又唔夠芒果,零芒果味,非常不倫不類

綠茶紅豆布甸:紅豆好甜,綠茶味非常濃(有aftertaste)但係唔甜,所以兩樣一齊食好夾

白桃sorbet:一拎上手已經聞到好香桃味,食落口好似食緊日本白桃咁,仲要有桃肉,好正!!!

Vanilla雪糕:用新鮮vanilla造嘅,落咗好多奶所以好滑,而且冇雪味,正

凍檸檬茶:檸檬好有味(近排試過啲苦嘅檸檬),而且紅茶非常濃

服務:OK,冇嘢挑剔

今餐係公司請嘅聖誕lunch,食物其實不過不失,但望住個靚景食都叫做補返數嘅... 但如果要我自己俾錢嚟食呢???
