You know when a juice cleanse is trendy when a Michelin chef jumps on the bandwagon.Water Juicery is designed by Akrame Benallal, French Michelin chef.  A series of cold pressed juices and a program specifically designed by him. They are available for take away at his restaurant, Atelier Vivanda. There are also various pop ups throughout the city as well. They were offering a special so I decided to get  bunch of juices. Buy two and get a watermelon juice free. WOOHOO!Each bottle was 250 mL. All

They were offering a special so I decided to get  bunch of juices. Buy two and get a watermelon juice free. WOOHOO!

Each bottle was 250 mL. All ingredients and nutritional content was neatly labelled.

Apple Fever ($58). It was a combo of apple, mint and pineapple.  This tasted really good. A sweet juice with a refreshing mint taste.

Madame Carrot ($58). This consisted of beetroot, apple, carrot, orange and pineapple. The taste of beetroot wasn't overpowering. The flavors were well balanced.

Watermelon Juice ($30 but free as it was a promo). A basic watermelon juice. It didn't seem to  be watered down and was clearly just juice. It seemed more intense in flavor as well.

Possibly one of the prettiest designed bottles from all the other cold press juice places. They also had stylish names like Madame Carrot instead of just plain beetroot juice. Flavors were well balanced and seemed more like drinking  mix fruit juice drink than the usual cold pressed blends. I grabbed a juice cleanse pamphlet and it seemed that his program fits in a small amount of food instead of just drinking juice all day long. That is interesting as other programs say no food at all. Just drink juice all day long.  Something to think about if you want to juice cleanse and fear the hunger pangs.
