Samsen is one of my fast food restaurants of all time but also a Michelin one. It is also affordable considering the fact that it’s a Michelin restaurant The inferior decoration of the restaurant is localised as it used the street food restaurant vibe. We ordered the signature dish, wagyu beef boat noodle. I loved it but the portion was a bit too small for me. I couldn’t get enough of that. However the beef was delicious and tender. Also the soup base was very savoury and thick. It made me feel like I’m having a good appetite after so I ordered crab fried rice and fish sauce was definitely the soul of the dish. It brings out the best flavour of the crab 🦀
Of course I will always go for dessert. The pandan dumplings are my favourite

The texture of the dumplings/mochi was super bouncy and delicious with a sense of pandan.
The fillings were also amazingly tasty I believed it was minced peanuts 🥜 and coconuts 🥥
Oh god they go along really well like the best duo drenching in the coconut milk. It tastes like heaven
