Mikazuki lunch! We started off with appetiser and salad!The tofu is really flavorful and nice, it has some sweets to it, while we also had the smoked chicken as the appetiser.We then have a soup called chawanmushi. We had the Fresh live Australian Lobster
The lobster paste is so umami and have a nice flavor to be combined with the soft and tender meat of the lobster. Definitely a great combination!
then we have the teppanyaki grill veggie served with the US Prime beef roll.
The veggie is seasoned with truffle, and it makes it have a smoky and truffle flavor which is a really good combination. The beef roll itself is amazing! its so buttery, flavorful, and have a great umami flavor, definitely just about right in term of flavor.
We then have the lobster miso soup. The miso soup has the aroma from the lobster making it a really good soup
The Teppan fried rice has very strong flavour, sour and salty,you can actually eat it in two ways, one is as fried rice, another way is to pour a tuna soup in it to make it like a soup rice!

It is caramel toast and also mochi!
Both are very tasty, and have the perfect amount of sweetness on them! not too sweet, but not too bland either! I personally really love the Caramel toast!
