"Duck foie gras terrine" - Elegant and classy 💐💐💐When it comes to foie gras, I was 100% sure that my first choice gotta be pan seared ones, I m definitely not a big fan of pates nor terrines, which are too elegant for me.🤣 All I am asking for is the overwhelming greasy texture, while it completely melts on my tongue.Yet, this classic French starter is totally mind-blowing. Yet, this classic French starter is totally mind-blowing. The terrine is such an artpiece by itself, it's perfectly seasoned and it is sooooo smooth and as creamy as mousse. Perfectly paired with crunchy toast and fresh mixed berries jelly🍓🍇🍒, you then finally appreciate the elegance of foie gras terrine rather than its usual bold greasy image of fat liver!
