We come to festival walk every week, and must have been to exp at least 10 times in the last year. And even though their set menus are always the same, we ’ve always enjoyed their food, service , and efficiency.We normally order the bolognese for our kids and ask for the egg to be cooked. We normally order the bolognese for our kids and ask for the egg to be cooked. Never been a problem and the wait staff are very nice about it.
Last Wednesday we asked for the same thing, with the egg cooked. The manager said this cannot be done and it has also never been done in the 7 years he worked here. Utterly confused I didn’t pursue, but also how hard is it to just cook the egg for kids?

Sad to say this interaction was quite unpleasant that we probably won’t revisit, especially when there are plenty of other choices.
