To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次要去花墟公園才會經過這處的、今次發現一間裝修格局似中、上環cafe的小店、門口見有唔貴下午茶、便入去試吓、點了黑松露野菌香煎帶子意粉、意粉軟硬適中、汁有点似罐頭湯的菇粒、但加了三色椒來炒、很香口、還有不少迷你版煎帶子、中上水準。另一份法式芝麻蝦多士配薯角、等了很久才上、賣相很精美、但用法包做蝦多士、硬了點、再食埋咸了點的薯角有點熱氣。
