太興集團旗下的京川粤fusion菜,装修考究,地方阔落,有京菜館的特色。我們點了午市的四人套餐⋯⋯口水雞皮薄肉滑,看似很辣,其實只有一丁點儿辣,小朋友也能吃。炒飯略油了一些,蝦仁不多,但炒飯粒粒分明。漁牧混豬的燒豬皮哱哱脆,下面還鋪了糯米飯👍🏻。酸菜魚的“清江魚”是無鱗無骨啖啖肉的魚種,個人不喜歡,辣度和酸度都不太高,感覺是為了迁就香港人的口味而将菜式的味道調的較清淡。豆沙餅很香,豆沙餡中還加了果皮👍🏻
