To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六下午茶時間到，入座率大約三成，幾對後生仔女咁。一入門口環境整潔乾淨，燈光夠光猛但唔會太光射住哂，裝修頗有格調餐牌清晰易睇，QR code落單，叫咗一個牛魔王麵，加$10要杯凍嘅茶1. 湯係無牛味嘅少鹹版味精湯2. 牛得封門柳好味少少，牛腩差過街邊$30-$40一碗嘅牛腩河好多，蘿蔔普通，餸整體份量偏少3. 叫咗硬拉麵，好難食，無乜食過咁難食嘅上海麵4. 茶幾好飲加埋一埋單$108，$48都未必會揀佢食，blacklist
