To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

This is my first time having buffet at Three on Canton. First of all, I was amused that they actually served breakfast items including croissants, muffins, and other pastries. I tried a small bite of croissant and it was super crispy, flaky, and buttery. I was very pleased with that. Being a party goer, I am used to having small bites and crostini so I did not try this section.

Moving on to the section that I am dying for - seafood. I have chosen to have salmon and tuna. They were both fresh and tender with a good ratio of fat. The cut was thick and generous. I couldn't help to refilling my plate!

I have also tried some crab as well as some salad items. Again, they were fresh and juicy. The seafood was not blend nor tasteless, instead, they were all tender and moist. We enjoyed it very much!

For hot plates, there are tons of options including noodles, meat, craving and more. We have tried a bit of each and they were all very delightful and tasty. We will definitely come back for more.

Last but not least, how can a meal be completed without dessert? Three on Canton serves Movenpick ice cream, which is also my favourite brand of ice cream. Make sure you pamper yourself with a few nice big scoops before leaving the restaurant.
