Me, my family and friends used to enjoy gatherings @Bistro over the past 12 years. And we always enjoy and love the hotel dining experience. Unfortunately, we will NOT come to this hotel restaurant buffet anymore in the near future.ProsNear the MTR and close to Tsim Sha Tsui areasThe management has employed one ?American or ?British or ?Australian restaurant ?manager/?leader who only looked at us but never come any closer to my table and she was wearing a suit. Pros
Near the MTR and close to Tsim Sha Tsui areas
The management has employed one ?American or ?British or ?Australian restaurant ?manager/?leader who only looked at us but never come any closer to my table and she was wearing a suit. I thought she was a customer. However she may be employed only serving those non chinese speaking guests simply because she was only speaking to those non chinese speaking customers from what i saw at the end.
Hygiene. The environment and toilet were clean
Cons
Sushi. Used to have salmon sushi and they are not available.
Salad. Used to have white button mushrooms. Not anymore. Instead they are replaced by cooked mushrooms which were toooooooooooo salty to eat. No more sweetcorns.
Fresh Fruits. At about 14:05hr (closing at 14:30hr). Only a few left till closing time.
Staff attitudes. At 14:30hr sharp. One waitress staff came to our table and started taking away our drinks, forks, spoons, table mat, coffee, water, tea............away. She did inform us that she was clearing up now. However we have not finished our food, coffee, tea, fruits, ice cream...........as yet.
Bistro used to be real good and it is always FULL. Unfortunately now i know why there are many many empty tables. With nearly HKD 310 per head after discount. There are many excellent hotel dining choices to be honest
In short, I will NOT recommend this hotel restaurant to anyone and will tell all of my colleagues and friends/family to avoid dining @ any restaurants in the Golden Mile Holiday Inn Hotel. Tsim Sha Tsui. Hong Kong
