To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度媽媽節又到la, 避免同人迫及硬食套餐換來一肚氣, 我地今年唔食正日, 適逢小舅父回港, 便提早與皇太后慶祝.4月尾訂枱時已知北京片皮鴨 & 富貴雞要於1日前預訂. 詢問各人意見後於1 日前訂了片皮鴨.訂了8pm枱, 我地一行人浩浩蕩蕩於7:30pm到, 被安排坐門口一張8人枱, 位置開揚, 雖是平日, 但都有七成入坐率. 店內環境以簡單擺設為主, 枱與枱之間寬敞, 服務周到有禮貌, 接過menu後, 部長都無hard sell套餐, 因已訂了鴨, 最後決定散叫.前菜五小碟 : 薰蛋 - 咬開蛋黃慢慢流出來但又唔稀, 蛋黃上還有金腿絲, 金香可口. 醉雞 - 雞肉嫩滑, 酒味不過重, 好味. 素鵝 - 腐皮煎得香脆, 內包冬菇絲,蘿蔔絲,木耳絲. 黑醋海折 - 酸甜開胃. 賽螃蟹春卷賣相好靚, 味道較漏, 蟹肉蟹粉置於脆煱巴上, too heavy, 好在有隻用ginger tea + 魚膠粉整成的蟹仔jelly中和吓,

這是近幾年mother's day dinner最好食既一餐, 雖然价錢貴咗少少, 但值回票价.
