I am very happy to say that the meal I had in snt Betty was absolutely delicious! A magical experience with no tricks what so ever. Honest and true to the quality of the produce, chef knows what he is doing and he obviously is enjoying it. The 21st century egg with asparagus was a perfect take on a very Chinese delicacy, and might I say a very tasty one. I opted to taste my dinner dates pink snapper before my own dinner ( i am female and it is my right to eat his food too!)and almost regretted
Fortunately I am,as I said female, and therefore dessert is also for sharing,( me doing most of the sharing) so I ordered the passion fruit soufflé light as air and perfect temperature, my date the chocolate fondant which I was jealous of again! The chef has a real sense a true knowledge of what I like to eat so I plan to return as many times as my date will allow and maybe some secret lunches too!

I felt utterly satisfied when I left , not stuffed just right and happy to have had such an enjoyable meal. The room is lovely and the staff are friendly.
