The food here could be said to be an “acquired taste”. Went here for a quick lunch and ordered a Soy Bean Pork Bone Soup with home-made noodle, topped with home-made luncheon meat/spam and organic home-grown egg (rumor has it that the chicken listened to classical music before laying those eggs). We also ordered a macaroni set - also in home-made soy bean pork bone soup with home-made pasta and organic home grown vegetables (carrots, peas and I believe a choi sum).Sounds wonderfully healthy, do

Sounds wonderfully healthy, doesn’t it?
Not for one who prefers taste over health though. I like the soup which came with the noodle but the noodle tasted like soba and the combination is really weird. I couldn’t finish the whole bowl.
The home-made spam tasted like normal spam, with less salt and less chemical. Interesting gimmick though.
Well, the egg tasted just like any normal egg to me – maybe I haven’t got an ear/ or taste for music.
There are other interesting items on the menu as well. The sandwiches seems quite delicious.
The décor is pretty cool and quite comfortable. Very friendly service.
Recommended for tea.
Also recommended for the health-conscious “mods”.
