Grab a quick lunch before new year. 2nd time here and quality of mussel deteriorated. Very small in size mussels…taste of the Japanese-style broth was fine. The French fries not as good compared to the first time. Mentaiko spaghetti was so so. Nothing too spectacular but it is a beautiful spot to spend an afternoon.
