To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Today I went to this Indian restaurant. I wasn’t to keen on going cause it’s a vegetarian restaurant, and I’m a meet lover.Amazingly it’s not how I imagine it. Curry and vegetables really goes with each other. The waiter recommended us some dishes. They were all very delicious. I really like the rice, it’s just really different to what I normally have, the spice they put in it makes it really special. When the Dosa came, it really caught me by surprise cause i didn’t know it will be this big. Yo

You take a little bit of it and dip it in the curry and the other different sauce that it came with. It’s a dish that you share with you friend and family. Also it goes with everything, you can also mix it with the rice too. I think it taste awesome.
