Good food deserves a bit waiting time! People are lining up before the shop is even opened. It opens at 11am, I arrived at 10:45, there are about 6 people in front of me, by 11, the line is doubled.OOOOK,my noodles choice is 銀針粉 Mí-chhî-muk, because you really don't get to eat these much anymore in HK, it has always been my all time favour!  I used to find their soup a bit too salty, but there's no such problem this time haha

You see all the sauce on the table, feel free to try your cart noodles with different sauce! Tuck in!
