One of the best dining experiences I have ever had recently! Tried out the lunch menu at L’Aterlier. This Michelin 3 star restaurant serves contemporary french cuisine. I chose to sit at the bar table. It’s quite comfortable and I could take a good look at their open kitchen! I went for their 3 course ($590 pp). First things first, I was so impressed by their bread basket. They provide a wide variety of bread. All were warm and soft! If you can’t finish them all, they offer take away for you👌🏻th

The jelly base was smooth and all the flavours went together very well. The ikura was so fresh and sweet💯

/Le Caviar Imperial (+$280)/
It’s not only good looking but also tastes superb! There’re layers of caviar, lobster jelly, and king crab meat. Such a generous amount of caviar🥰 The lobster jelly was so sweet that balanced out the saltiness of caviar.

One of the signature dishes! Love the flavour and the crispy skin of the free-range quail. There’s foie gras stuffed inside the quail breast👍🏻

I think this semi cooked iberico pork pluma tastes better than that from Tosca😳 it’s fairly thin but with a rich flavour! So tender and juicy👍🏻

This pan sheared beef flap was cooked to perfect temperature. It’s not over marinated and I can still taste the rich beef flavour🐮

I always like to end my meal with something sour and sweet! I def made the right choice to order this strawberry and yuzu mousse. The layers of mousse and cake were light and fruity. Love the almond biscuit beneath!

Another dessert that’s not heavy at all. The acidity of exotic fruits and mango liqueur balanced out the sweetness of white chocolate👍🏻

There’s coconut puff, lemon tart, and hazelnut chocolate mousse. Tbh I was too full for these little sweets😂 like the coconut puff the most!
