First, choose veggies - among mixed lettuce, baby spinach and rockets, you can choose up to all three of them. I don’t like the bitterness of rockets, so I always avoid it.
Second, 1 main - I’ve tried chicken schnitzel and roast chicken breast. Both are good and the portion is generous. Go for the former if you want a big fat lunch and the latter for a healthier lynch choice.
Third, 2 veggies - I’ve had roasted pumpkin, grilled eggplant and caramelized onions. Knead has the tastiest veggie options when compared to other salad shops nearby. It adds lots of flavour to the salad.
Finally, there’re free add-ons including a slice of bread, flax seeds and sunflower seeds. The kind of bread that goes with the salad varies each time. There was once I got a slice of bread with a taste of honey and it was very impressive!
Overall it’s an awesome salad place of reasonable price in Sheung Wan. The ambience is relaxing. Most of the patrons are non-locals.
