The potato noodle not only didn't become soggly after soaking in the soup for long time, it even picked up more aroma from that. However, you can only choose the spiciness of the soap, rather than request for more numbness/ sourness, which is not so friendly for someone who love extra numbness but can only withstand mild spiciness, like me. 🙊 But they still provide SiChuan pepper powder for seasoning by yourself, tho I prefer the oil seasoning more.

The garlic and vinegar flavor is insufficient but I like to have this just for my daily veggie intake and feeling a bit more healthy. 🙊
