Brass Spoon (Changed Hand)

Brass spoon is my all time favourite pho place in town ! This place is very popular during lunch time. I had to arrive before 12 to secure a table for 4 people. We all order the beef pho, my friend ordered the premium beef while I ordered the normal beef. I tried his beef and tried to compare, I have to say that the premium beef is more tender with a better taste! Would opt for the premium one next time ! The pho texture is just at the spot.
