To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近排天氣陰陰濕濕,濕氣重個人都特別易攰。難得星期五,相約友人收工去中環鬆一鬆,massage下先!鬆完都九點幾好肚餓,突然超想食Egg Benedict,就提議去一直好想encore既 Bricklane! 點解說一直呢? 年前於尖沙咀正店一試難忘 (當時金鐘都仲未有分店), 所以今次堅持了到金鐘分店一試! search過00:00先 close 就出發喇! 去到中信大廈都已經差不多10pm, 店內不太多人, 只有幾檯, 反而出面open area 比較多人在happy friday 摸下酒杯底!   不過我好清晰自己是為了Egg Benedict 前來的! 坐底後店員遞上menu, 面上帶少少尷尬說 "不好意思, 食物方面10pm last order"...哎呀, 我才是不好意思呢! 當然一場到來, 即刻叫, 順利點餐! 另外想講講, 大部份西餐店serve的水都會是加檸檬浸的水, 這裡是用橙皮浸的, 又幾好喎! 我當然叫了我最鍾意的 Egg Benedict with Parma Ham HK$98 (另可以 HK$20 加黑松露或 HK$40 加魚子醬)。雖然都食過不少egg

我當然叫了我最鍾意的 Egg Benedict with Parma Ham HK$98 (另可以 HK$20 加黑松露或 HK$40 加魚子醬)。雖然都食過不少egg benedict, 但仍然最buy bricklane的...首先配料已經是我喜歡的Parma Ham (可選煙三文魚), 少少咸取代了鹽的角色。其次不得不讚這荷蘭汁, 有陣陣的牛油香, 亦不會太酸, 味道恰到好處! 另外中間的菠菜炒得好香好好味! 分開食同一齊食都正, 當然蛋漿流入牛油烘過的muffin 再加上其他配料一齊食簡直無可挑剔!

友人叫的是 All Day Breakfast (Everything) HK$118。Everything - 顧名思義包羅萬有! 有蛋 (可選炒飯或spoil egg) , 煙肉, 茄汁焗豆, 芝士, 火腿, 薯餅, 大蘑菇, 燒蕃茄, 煙三文魚, 腸仔及多士,這份介乎晚餐與宵夜的"早餐" 何其豐富! 雖然每款配料看似只有一小份, 但絕對夠頂肚,友人更讚炒蛋做得很好很滑, 其他亦是above average的!

兩份dish都有salad 伴碟, 我一般好少吃伴碟的東東, 但友人說很不錯就試試, 沙律菜好新鮮加上少少自家製的汁(似是醋), 少少酸好開胃! 最後我倆都將碟上的吃光光, 滿足的回家去!
