Been to Sushi Hana so many times and they never fail my expectations. Fresh and high quality seasonal ingredients is one of the reason I keep going back. This time we are back on Christmas Eve. One of my favourite dish is the different types of sea urchin from various part of Japan. I don’t know how to describe the difference of the taste but they are unique and sweet. Sea urchins are ambrosia to me. I love it so much that I ordered another round of sea urchins and this time with salmon roe and tuna tartare.

These are not all the pictures of my Omakase set but some of my favourite ones. I definitely will be back again and hopefully sooner......the price is a bit steep though
