Fukuro嘅食物烹飪方式同調味都經過悉心調配,而且份量比我想像中多!1️⃣Wagyu Sando係off-menu item, 而且每日只賣8份,要食到就要佢6pm開門去先得!吉列和牛加上烘得剛好嘅多士帶微脆,和牛淋身而且好香牛味!2️⃣Yaki Udon蟹肉烏冬用上snow crab同crab miso butter. 食落蟹羔味香濃,蟹肉份量好多,啖啖蟹肉。烏冬好彈牙。3️⃣Crispy Caramel Butter Corn 焦糖粟米。粟米加上焦糖同牛油輕輕炸過,外表微脆,粟米又多汁,有少少似爆谷嘅味道,非常香口惹味!4️⃣Edo Miso Popsicle佢嘅雪條係面豉味,有少少咸咸哋,入面有mochi, 好煙韌有拉絲效果。旁邊有抹茶碎餅,口感特別!另外附上第二訪嘅食物照
