My Italian boss treated my colleague and I at the above restaurant and we had wonderful experience with the most authentic Italian dishes. The starters were impressive, with a great selection of very traditional dishes such as egg tart, morzerella cheese, a very thin pancake with a thin slice of Italian ham, mixed vegetables with a special kind of cheese, etc. We were already half-full by then.As for pastas we ordered the pastas. He had the Gnocchi which he found very good even by Italian stand

As for pastas we ordered the pastas. He had the Gnocchi which he found very good even by Italian standard. He said that this dish is made of potato powder and it is therefore softer than spaghetti. The brown colour is due to cacao (which is not chocolate that is sweet; literally it means coco).
We ordered the Spaghetti neri Gamberi e Porri. The shrimps were tasty and the sauce full of aroma of garlic. I admitted that the spaghetti was to Hong Kongers a bit uncooked but to Italians, this is al dente. In fact, they could tolerate even "rawer" spaghetti.
The desserts were again impressive. There were more than 4 pies and 4 cakes plus fruits and an assortment of small cut cakes. I particularly enjoyed the cream cakes as the cream was rich and sweet with fresh sponges.
An absolutely delightful lunch! Saluti!
