The dinner started with two traditional Persian Drinks … their signature Saffron Lemonade and I have Orange Blossom Drink which have lovely mellow aroma of orange blossom and slight sweetness.

Highlight of the dinner obviously is Kebab Lovers雜錦烤肉串 with:
Lamb Koobideh 烤免治羊肉串
Chicken Koobideh 烤免治雞肉串
Saffron Joojeh Kebab 烤雞胸肉串
Chenjeh (Beef Kebab) 烤牛柳
Persian Style BBQ Grilled Chicken Wings 波斯風味燒烤雞翼
Served with Saffron Rice and Flat Bread, 藏紅花米飯及中東烤餅, Shirazi Salad and Homemade Garlic, Basil, Chilli Sauces. This is completely stunning and gorgeously delicious 💯
We also tried another main course Feserjan 紅石榴核桃燉雞. It’s is a homemade festive Sweet & Sour Stew with Chicken, Pomegranate & Ground Walnuts Sauce. It’s yummy and really one of a kind!
This authentic Persian feast was delightfully wrapped up with Classic Baghlava 果仁蜜餅 and Persian Black Tea 波斯紅茶.
As what my friend mentioned we really enjoyed the experience to taste the delicious food. It’s simple yet sophisticated, authentic and nicely served and presented.
Persian food has a subtle balance between the use of fresh herbs and spices, sweet and sour flavour … Persian cuisine mythology of food categorized as either “hot” (garmi) or “cold” (sardi) ie it helps to restore our inner balance. Just like the Chinese food classification system of hot, warm, balanced, cool and cold.(猶如中國食物食物的分類系統的熱、溫、平、涼、寒總共五種性質)!
I will for sure return for more Soltani kebabs, Chicken Wings and Bastani 藏紅花雪糕!
