Dinner with the PizzaFans. Pizza bar nestled high up on the 30th floor, under the Aqua group. No expectations at all, given previous unsatisfactory experience with this group. Great views at night. Wine list was soso. Served me right for insisting not to order their cocktails. Initially wanted to try the Instagram-worthy vulcan-shaped Spicy Tomato pizza but decided against it since I couldn’t really take spicy. Wanted to try the Hutong Peking Duck pizza, which was unfortunately sold out. Decided

Initially wanted to try the Instagram-worthy vulcan-shaped Spicy Tomato pizza but decided against it since I couldn’t really take spicy. Wanted to try the Hutong Peking Duck pizza, which was unfortunately sold out. Decided against ordering the Ruotino (resembling Focaccia: same dough but cooked in a pan).
Here’s what we had.
Burrata served with fresh tomatoes and pesto.
Fritto Misto- lightly breaded and deep fried mix of squid and prawns served with a flavorful aioli.
Amalfi pizza- a seafood lover's dream, with courgettes, octopus, king prawns, and a luscious lobster bisque. The touch of lime mayo added a refreshing kick.
Classic Margherita
Parma Ham with mozzarella, rocket, and cherry tomatoes.
4 cheese- combining the richness of mozzarella, gorgonzola, fontina, and parmesan into an indulgent cheese lover's paradise.
Tiramisu for dessert.
In summary: satisfying Neapolitan experience. The dough and crust was light, airy, and perfectly cooked with a beautiful char and just the right amount of chewiness.
