They have many imported ingredients that are off-menu, from meat to seafood. Steak alone have 4 options: 11oz American Wagyu, Japanese Wagyu, fancy ribeye, etc. Curly coat pigs (tomahawk pork chop), berry-fed pig, fresh lobsters, oysters, etc. The servers would take some time introducing the long list at each table.


They are doing a giant crab special lately. The flesh is handpicked by the chef so you don’t have to do the work. The portion is so big that you should share, or else you probably won’t touch crab for a few months afterwards (maxed out your quota).


I especially like their smoked eel appetizer. Mild-vinegary. Very smokey. The texture is in between soft and crunchy.
