Pic 1️⃣: 麻吉芋圓愛玉 / Match2 Q Taro Ball and Aiyu Jelly - $68 hkd 🍨
— Loved this dessert and was the perfect way to end the meal! The dessert was fresh, and not overly sweet. The taro balls were chewy with a strong taro taste as well. I really enjoyed the addition of pineapple to give the dessert a nice acidic element to it and balance out the sweetness from the red beans. The aiya had a good gel-like, chewy texture to it. In general, all the components worked really well together!

Pic 2️⃣: 麻婆豆腐軟殼蟹拌麵 / Mapo Tofu Mixed Noodle with Soft Shell Crab - $108 hkd 🦀
— This definitely tasted as good as it looks and sounds. The dish was bursting with flavour and every bite was a real flavour explosion. The mapo tofu was really well seasoned and had a good level of spice to it, the thick, squiggly noodle texture held onto the sauce so well too. The soft shell crab was perfectly deep fried, with a crispy exterior and soft interior. The sauce is quite oily though so this is definitely a sharing plate for sure!

Pic 3️⃣: 特製墨汁鹽酥雞刈包 / Deep-fried Squid Ink Salt & Pepper Chicken Gua Bao - $52 hkd 🦑🐔
— Slightly disappointed with this as I was so excited to see gua bao on the menu! The fried chicken was really under seasoned and lacked flavour of any sort. The sauce was also a bit bizarre to me, it was paired with a sweet, eggy custard which didn’t really go with with the meat.

Pic 4️⃣: 滷水大腸麵線 / Lo Shui Pork Intestine Vermicelli - $58 hkd 🍜
— This was sooo good as well and well worth it for the price! The broth was thick and rich in flavour, which meant the thin vermicelli noodles really soaked up all of that goodness. The fried pork intestines were chewy with a crispy exterior and an undeniable aroma to it.

Pic 5️⃣: 香菇肉醬秋葵 / Okra with Minced Pork and Mushroom - $68 hkd 🥗
— Great vegetable side dish to go with the meal! The minced pork and mushroom was fragrant and savoury, which went so well with the crunchy okra.
