Was enthralled when I came across Carbone’s Comfort Club Plated Menu! 🇮🇹 Signature dishes are included in the menu at a much better deal compared to its A La Carte😍 I’d say the ambiance and services are worth the price. Definitely a fun and exciting dining experience especially if you are there for celebrations! (Four staff came by and sung the birthday song to me in Italian LOLLLL😂) 見到Carbone做緊一個special menu，比起平時嘅lunch menu 平好多，所以就決定試吓😍 氣氛同服務真係無得頂👍🏻 嗰日我去慶祝生日，送生日歌嗰時有四個staff捧住個蛋糕用意大利文唱生日歌，雖然有啲尷尬但
見到Carbone做緊一個special menu，比起平時嘅lunch menu 平好多，所以就決定試吓😍 氣氛同服務真係無得頂👍🏻 嗰日我去慶祝生日，送生日歌嗰時有四個staff捧住個蛋糕用意大利文唱生日歌，雖然有啲尷尬但係係好難忘嘅經驗😂😂 食物方面，其實都係比較Heavy, 好多芝士而且所有嘢都係大大份。自己最鍾意香辣伏特加長通粉同馬里奧肉丸，兩款菜式都係返茄汁為主。長通粉好煙靭，食落有淡淡酒香。肉丸非常淋，調味亦都啱啱好而且有獨特香味。不過個主菜就有少少失望😢 雖然feel到佢係慢煮煮到好淋好入味，但豬扒食落鞋鞋哋。總括而言，如果有呢個comfort club menu都幾值得一試。

Personally not a fan of beetroots but the chef has meticulously eased that earthy and bitter taste of beets. Love how they are paired with oranges as well.

The pasta is really chewy and each bite is filled with appetizing tomato sauce with a slight alcohol aroma. Spicier than I'd expected but it was okayyyy. Not too much of a surprise but still good for those who favor tomato-sauced pasta.

Love the seasoning and the Marinara sauce of this one sooo much! The meatballs were really soft and tender as well.

Kinda disappointed with this one. My friend loves this but I personally think that it’s quite rough. It was tender tho, I could feel like it’s slow-cooked until all the flavors were out. The proportion was HUGE!
