Exclusively presented by Culinary Director Chef David Ball and Park Executive Sous Chef Danny Leung, the newly revamped menu highlights modern 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞-𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 them; some of the dishes were even inspired by the recipe of Chef Fou Fou, the private chef of Mr. Walt Disney, that includes the signature 𝐅𝐨𝐮 𝐅𝐨𝐮 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬, and 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢.
