Morton's of Chicago is always our (my Wife and Me) first Choice for Celebration of our Birthday and Anniversary. We come here at least twice a year.Besides the nice STEAK and Foods, the service level and the environment are also unbeatable.We almost order the same food every time we came here.-Jumbo Crab-cake and Jumbo Tiger Prawns cocktail as our Appetizer.-Onion Soup (but they forgot to order for us this time, that's OK! )-22oz Bone-in rib-eye , Medium Rare.-Cheesy Truffle French Fries, Spin

First they would serve you a nice round onion bread with a Soft and Creamy Morton's Butter! Yummy! but don't eat too much as you may not be able to finish another dishes.
The Crab-cake, Fresh and Big Crab Meat all over the Crab-Cake, Sweet and Chewy! nice job! and the Jumbo Prawns Cock Tail, Taste good! Fresh and Firm! size of the Prawns are just so big! very very nice that you shouldn't miss out.
You can't really against the temptation of the Bone-in rib-eye, the FAT-distribution is just PERFECT! they grilled the Steak with the Bone so you can always get a good scent while you try to smell it before eating. honestly , I want to taste the Bone with my Tongue every time when I see it, but of course I didn't do it because I have to keep my table manner in such a nice restaurant.
The finishing of the Steak is so good!!! Medium Rare! the Juice of the Steak locked perfectly inside. It is hard for me to describe, and you have to try it by yourself! Don''t forget to order a glass/bottle of Black Stallion Cabernet Sauvignon, it is always the best partner of the Bone-in Rib Eye!
I would really like to talk about the Cheesy Truffle French Fries! they have changed the fries to thick-cut, although it was tasty, BUT, I think Morton's of Chicago they should go back and make it as a Skinny Fries, also the portion of the Truffle and Cheese, I think they should put more or put evenly. I love this side-dish from my first time coming here with my wife. it had a strong truffle and cheese taste in every single Fries in old day. STILL, it is acceptable this time.
We will definitely come again and again and again for our Important Celebration!
