Thanks to Restaurant Week 2018, I was able to try out this new join in Sai Ying Pun., which has a diverse menu of Peruvian, Spanish, Italian, British and Asian fusion dishes. This Tuna Tataki is placed on bed of avocado with ginger chimichurri on top. The fresh seared tuna was delicious, and the sauce kinda make the avocado tasted like sashimi too. I guess this Tres Leche (Peruvian cheesecake) with three kinds of milk is one of their signatures. Unlike ordinary mousse like cheesecake, this one is more like a moist sponge cake. I guess the three kinds of milk were mixed well so I couldn't really taste them...But it was a good piece of dessert with the honey combs, fresh strawberries and blueberries.
