Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Came to this restaurant with some friends for some nice catching up. Arrived at the restaurant at around 7:30pm, and we got a table very quickly. 海皇燉冬瓜盅- nice soup with lots of ingredients (shrimp, meat, mushrooms, etc.). Came in a big pot, soup was nice and hot. Always good to have some winter melon soup in the hot summer months 😋海參花菇玉掌煲- the duck feet and mushroom were very tender, very easy to eat. Sea cucumber has a pretty decent texture and flavor. 泰皇蝦球炒通菜- Water spinach is one of my favor

大澳香蝦骨
- this dish is a must-eat! Very nice smell of the shrimp paste, meat is very tender and the pork is fried to just right. Goes extremely well with rice 😍😍

- there’s a special promotion for the abalones, limited to one per person. Abalone is nicely cooked, texture is nice!
