To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. We went here for a couple of times especially when we have family gatherings,and this time,it was celebrating my grandpa's birthday.We ordered Birthday buns to celebrate with my grandpa,  each bun had a small piece of egg yolk in the middle and wrapped by the lotus seed paste which wasnt too sweet,Sweetness was well balanced,though the presentation is not very well-set.The beijing duck is one of the signature dish of this restaurant, so we ordered one to try. The beijing duck is one of the signature dish of this restaurant, so we ordered one to try. Duck was crispy and the meat part is chewy, but the crepe was too tough,making it not easy to eat when putting the duck meat together, I was expecting a bit softer and sweeter, also it's a bit oily.

We were not expecting this but this shallot fried with duck meat was way better than we expected, you can feel the "wok" giving a fried smoky taste to the dish and the meat was excellently marinated,better than the duck itself, and don't miss out the shallot, it was full of the meat's taste making it more juicy!!

I like to eat vegetables, so I ordered the one with bean curd sheet, the presence of it make the whole dish full of soy taste,add a sweet soften feel to the dish,the green vegetables soak with the bean curd,so the taste was upgraded, if not it will be so plain and dull.

Best of all was the lamb meat dish,it smells so good and from the look of the dish, you can tell the source soup has been cooked for a period of time to let the real taste burst out. The meat is well-cooked to make it more easy for chewing and swallow, all of my family members love this, and we even take away in the end!
