A good place to settle down for a big group of people who just want to eat and chat.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated, almost vintage, and it feels like you’re in a different country.
Food wise, it is quite cheap, after ordering numerous dishes, it worked out around 80 dollars per person.
Ordered:
Fried potato balls
Portuguese curry chicken
Lamb chops
Duck in vinegar sauce
Broccoli in Portuguese sauce
Ox-tail in wine sauce
Pasta in white sauce
The potato balls tasted a bit dry, but the ketchup made up for it, inside it contained bacon pieces, cheese.
Portuguese curry chicken tasted spicy, and had a coconut flavour to it.
The lamb chop were tender and juicy, originally wanted the chicken legs, but they were sold out.
Duck in vinegar sauce was confused with the ox-tail because of the colour, but the duck tasted alright.
Broccoli was a bit undercooked.
Ox-tail was good, strong in wine.
Pasta was good too.
Finally we had the cane and carrot drink, which was really nice, not too sweet, and you can taste it is boiled purely from those ingredients.
