I thought the red one was spicy af but turns out it was milder than peppermint! 1️⃣雜菜咖喱角Samosa
佢個咖喱角仲配埋薄脆同薄荷汁、甜酸汁。初初以為紅色好辣，點知薄荷汁仲辣過佢🤣整體係脆嘅開胃嘅！The samosa comes with peppermint sauce and sweet and sour sauce. I thought the red one was spicy af but turns out it was milder than peppermint! A crispy and appetising meal opener!

2️⃣烤三文魚Grilled Salmon
通常鐵板嘅印度嘢食喺我印象係雞羊等等，我自己好少見有三文魚！啲肉仲有肉汁，個皮烤得好香脆，配埋蒜頭食就更香口！Indian sizzling dishes usually are tandoori chicken or lamb, but salmon was really rare for me! The meat was juicy and the skin was crispy, and it even tasted better with garlic piece, yum!

3️⃣印式燴茄子Daal Makhani
初初以為係矮瓜，點知原來係印度嘅一種植物！入面仲有扁豆一齊煮成嘅醬。個人覺得幾特別，還好！I thought it was eggplant by looking at the Chinese menu, but it was actually an Indian plant🤣hyacinth bean were cooked together as a sauce and I found it moderate.

4️⃣椰汁咖喱雞及蒜茸烤餅Chicken Madras and Naan
高質雞，肉好嫩、咖喱亦都好入味，唔算太辣，配埋絕配薄餅好味😋Quality chicken with tendered texture and rich yet mild curry sauce is a great companion with naan!

5️⃣芒果乳酪Mango Lassi（$37）
印度餐廳必叫！好濃密乳酪味jeng
A must-have in Indian restaurant! Creamy yogurt yum!

6️⃣特式香料茶Indian Masala Tea（$29）
嗰種香料嘅味道好特別，好難形容係香港人少飲嘅味道，可以試下
That spice is so special that few Hongkongers have tried. Give it a shot!
