To begin the meal, we ordered Brittany Oysters, and while they were fresh, I found them to be rather small in size. The taste was satisfactory, but I was expecting larger oysters for a more fulfilling experience.Next, we tried the Seared Tuna. It was cooked perfectly, with a beautiful sear on the outside while remaining tender and moist on the inside. The accompanying fennel salad added a refreshing crunch, and the sauce vierge brought a delightful tang to the dish.Moving on to the main course,

Moving on to the main course, I opted for the tenderloin center cut. The meat was cooked to my liking, with a lovely pink center and a flavorful crust.
We also tried the Vongole Pasta, featuring Manila clams, garlic and white wine. Unfortunately, I found the dish to be on the salty side. While the clams were fresh and cooked well, the excessive saltiness overshadowed the other flavors and made it less enjoyable.
The overall dining experience at Scarlett Cafe & Wine Bar was pleasant. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was attentive and friendly.
