To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Tried this new cafe in Central. The environment is quite good, spacious with electrical sockets and USB ports. 喺中環搭緊半山扶手電梯時，發現咗呢間新開嘅咖啡店，個門口要喺條巷仔行入去，唔係咁易搵。全間鋪有十幾張枱，我係平日下午去，得幾張枱有人，枱係木色，凳係綠色，令人好舒服，配合返間鋪主張健康plant-based食物。值得一提係佢哋有電掣同USB位俾人叉電，坐一個下晝hea下都得。Since the cafe is plant-based, they provide coffee with oat milk or soy milk only. 喺中環搭緊半山扶手電梯時，發現咗呢間新開嘅咖啡店，個門口要喺條巷仔行入去，唔係咁易搵。

叫咗杯Latte，佢只提供soy milk (豆奶) 或 oat milk (燕麥奶)，店員話oat milk is more creamy，於是揀咗oat milk。杯oat milk latte 細細杯，賣相同味道一般，飲開牛奶咖啡的話未必會喜歡，但對於怕肥或追求健康的人應是不錯的選擇。
