To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Nice food and value dinner set

朋友送來dining gift certificate 一張，所以特登去試吓。金鐘有很多酒店餐廳，這一間似乎從來未幫襯過。餐廳環境唔錯，但枱與枱空間好像有啲窄，尤其是我被安排坐在中間，與毗鄰的二人枱只用一塊玻璃相格，空間感似乎不足。食物方面，送的麵包有驚喜，外脆內軟，一定要試。食物只有四道菜晚餐，食物水準不俗，招呼亦都唔錯，但仍然有改善的地方：例如要等好耐先至得到侍應生的注意，上甜品的時候把我和先生的食物掉轉，但都是小問題... 總括來說，可以一試呀！
