To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The mushroom soup is truly to die for. The mushroom flavour is so prominent and the soup is so smooth and thick. Truly the best comfort food in a cold winter. The pasta is good too and the plate is heated up before dishing out (which I think a lot of restaurants these days would forget such detail). The pasta is good too and the plate is heated up before dishing out (which I think a lot of restaurants these days would forget such detail). A warm plate can help keeping the dish warm when it’s served to the customer. This is why I always appreciate such small act.

But the sauce is a little bit too oily for my taste. But the flavour is great. It’s more local flavour than authentic Italian pasta but that’s what makes it special and homey tasting

And the owner and the staff are SO WELCOMING like I thought I was in Taiwan or Japan. Big bonus points for them!
