Read about this place in a magazine and decided to try it out with some old classmates as a reunion. Seating was reasonably comfortable and the service was quite decent as well. However we were disappointed with the lack of stock for "beef cubes" which I wanted to try the most. Surprisingly, almost everything we ordered were of good quality. The beef was just right, not too fat/thin and the texture was right on the spot. The raw oysters were huge, very fresh and sweet. So were the prawns and the "jeung but pong" sashimi. Hand-made cuttlefish balls were very tasty too. Place is not cheap though, we ended up spending around $1250 for 5 people. One thing to note is that they have 2 dinner slots and if you go early they might ask you to return the table by 9pm for the second round. We stayed there from 7-11pm without hurry probably cos it was a weekday; tables might be tighter on weekends.
