第一次嚟到植原,壽司水準唔錯,新鮮不在話下,有幾件嘅配搭幾有心思,包括伴以紫蘇葉同白蘿蔔嘅鯖魚,以及夾左鯊魚軟骨嘅深海池魚;另外油脂分佈平均中嘅拖羅同埋鮮甜嘅海膽都係心頭好。如果壽司上碟速度可以慢少少就更好😅甜品有糯米滋窩夫夾抹茶雪糕及豆乳糯米滋,兩個都非常之正,記得留肚食😋First visit to Uehara and it was a pleasant one.
